Current time in milliseconds (System class)

[Introduced in Sirius Mods 7.8]

%number = %(System):CurrentTimeMilliseconds

%number	A numeric variable to receive the current time, in milli-seconds, since January 1, 1900.
`%(System)`	The class name in parentheses denotes a shared method. `CurrentTimeMilliseconds` can also be invoked via a `System` object variable, which may be null.
