This message indicates that an error was encountered in a date $function while APPDATE DATE_ERR REPORT or APPDATE DATE_ERR CANCEL was set but APPDATE DATE_ERR NODEBUG was also set when the function causing the error was compiled. A description of the nature of the error is indicated. Either correct the User Language that generated the error, or turn off APPDATE error processing. Note that for pre-compiled APSY procedures, it is possible for this message to be issued even if APPDATE DEBUG is set if the procedure had been compiled when APPDATE NODEBUG had been set.
