You issued the AUTHCTL command to prevent operation of an external security interface. You are not allowed to do so.

System manager response: Contact your installation security officer and refer to the Rocket Model 204 Security interfaces pages for information. Generally speaking, this message indicates that a default parameter MODULE is in use, which will prevent deletion of AUTHCTL data.
