MSIR.0538  SirSafe is OPTIONAL,​ visible passwords not allowed

SirSafe has been activated in OPTIONAL mode for the current copy of CCASTAT, and an attempt has been made to define a 'visible' file or group password via the LOGCTL command. 'visible' passwords are not allowed in OPTIONAL mode, and to use this facility SirSafe mut be activated in REQUIRED mode. CLASS=EError class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
