This message indicates that a JANUS CLSOCK command was issued with the SUBSYS clause, and the name of the subsystem exceeded 11 characters. Model 204 subsystem names are, in fact, at most 10 characters in length.
'Name' is the subsystem name entered on the JANUS CLSOCK command.
