MSIR.0143 Can't add remote server to port (portname) because not an OPENSERV port

This message indicates that a JANUS DEFINEREMOTE command was issued where the port name matched (either exactly or through wildcard matching) a port that was not a Janus Open Server port. The JANUS DEFINEREMOTE command is invalid for ports that are not Janus Open Server ports.
