MSIR.0410 Unloaded file (file) had SIRFIELD rules defined but Sir2000 Field Migration Facility is not (reason)

This message indicates that an LAI statement was issued in a FLOD program, and that the TAPEI dataset contains a UAI unload of file file which contains SIRFIELD information. However, the Model 204 load module executing the LAI does not have the Sir2000 Field Migration Facility available.
