MSIR.0866 CONSTRUCT invalid -- (reason)

The Construct statement is invalid because it violates one of the rules about the placement of constructors. The reason should clearly indicate the problem. If this is not the case, see the section discussing inheritance and constructors in the Janus SOAP Reference Manual.
