New (InvalidRegex constructor)
Create a new InvalidRegex object (InvalidRegex class)
Each argument to New sets the value of the corresponding property of the newly constructed InvalidRegex object.

%invalidRegex = [%(InvalidRegex):]New( Position= number, Code= number, - Description= string)
