M204.0819 FTBL full, LFTBL=value .. can't add GFT entry
You have referenced a field name in a group context. Whenever the compiler encounters a field name that has a group context, it builds an entry in FTBL. There was insufficient space in FTBL to create the required entries.
Response: Increase the size of FTBL with the UTABLE command.
