MSIR.0822 Invalid SIRMETH qualifier (qualifier)

A SIRMETH command was incorrectly qualified. The only valid qualifier for SIRMETH commands is SUBSYSTEM, which can only be followed by the NONPRE keyword. See the Janus SOAP Reference Manual for more information about the SIRMETH command.
