TSO userid user's thread

Most Sirius $functions have been deprecated in favor of Object Oriented methods. There is no OO equivalent for the $TSOId function.

This function returns the TSO userid of the current user thread.

This function requires the special version of the TSO full screen interface to Model 204 that is distributed by Sirius Software.

The $TSOId function accepts no arguments and returns either an 8 byte string containing the TSO userid of the Model 204 user or a null string indicating that the user is not a TSO user or that the Sirius Software TSO Interface has not been installed.
