M204.0181 Can't reserve buffer, not enough left.
A Model 204 process failed to reserve required private buffers from the system private buffer pool. The user was restarted softly.
Response: Report to System Manager.
System manager response: Increase the MINBUF value in CCAIN. This error should not occur if MINBUF = (4+14)*NSERVS.
