This message reports the record number within your input to the FLOD operation that produced error message M204.0315 about insufficient field-level access privileges to process the update. This field update is ignored, but the FLOD program continues to execute the other updates.
File manager response: The update must be done by a user with sufficient field-level authority to update the relevant fields.
