M204.2125 FOR EACH VALUE fields are incompatible with 1NF FILEMODL
An attempt was made to DEFINE, REDEFINE, or INITIALIZE a field with the FOR EACH VALUE attribute in a First-Normal Form (1NF) file. FOR EACH VALUE fields are not supported under the 1NF File Model.
