Another user performed the indicated action (ADD, CHANGE, or DELETE) on an entry in the password table while you were executing the LOGCTL or TMASKUPDATE command for the same user. The token2 entry-name is
the login name, file name, or group name specified in the LOGCTL or TMASKUPDATE command.
The command you issued was not completed.
Response: Reissue the command.
