MSIR.0221 FILELOAD Compiler (exp or unauth), program being passed to standard (command)
This informational message indicates that a FLOD or FILELOAD program contained a statement that requires the FLOD compiler to be run by Fast/Reload, but the Fast/Reload FLOD compiler is expired, not authorized to run on the CPU, or simply not installed. The program will be run by standard FLOD or FILELOAD instead of Fast/Reload with none of the performance benefits of Fast/Reload.
