MSIR.0226 Can't pass off to (flodtype), FLOD$ not linked in

Fast/Reload had determined that it should pass the FLOD or FILELOAD program to standard FLOD/FILELOAD but was unable unable to do so because the FLOD$ is not linked into the load module being run. FLOD$ is the module that contains the standard FLOD and FILELOAD processors. The user is restarted and the FLOD/FILELOAD program is not run. Rebuild the load module to contain FLOD$.
