MSIR.0285 (Parameter) specified twice in JANUS (subcmd) (rule type) command

This message indicates that the same parameter was specified twice in a JANUS rule command. 'Subcmd' indicates the JANUS rule command issued: WEB, CLSOCK, or SRVSOCK. 'Rule_type' indicates the type of rule being established, for example, ALLOW or ON. 

Re-issue the command only specifying the indicated parameter once.
