This informational message indicates that a JANUS rule has been applied to the indicated port. 'Subcmd' indicates the JANUS rule command issued: WEB, CLSOCK, or SRVSOCK. 'Rule_type' indicates the type of rule being established, for example, ALLOW or ON.
