MSIR.0302 Unable to continue because FTONLY specified

This message indicates that you specified the FTONLY option, but a condition before this one made this impossible. This message will be followed by M204.1068 and a user restart. 

Either retry the run without the FTONLY option specified, or correct the condition indicated by the message preceding MSIR.0302.
