MSIR.0306 SORT/HASH key can't be appended to file

This message is preceded by MSIR.0304, and indicates that the switch was required because you were loading data to a sort key file and a record was encountered that had to be inserted between existing records in the database file. This message will only be issued when loading data to a non-empty sort key file.
