MSIR.0374 SSL procedure (procname) is enqueued
This message indicates that Janus was unable to open the procedure specified after the SSL parameter in the JANUS DEFINE for a port because the procedure was being updated by another user. This procedure is opened when a JANUS START is issued for a port. It is extremely unlikely that this condition would persist for more than a fraction of a second so simply re-issue the JANUS START command.
