This message indicates that SSLCACHE parameter was specified on a JANUS DEFINE command and the value for the SSLCACHE was less than the number of threads for the port. Since an active SSL session uses a single SSLCACHE entry there must be at least as many SSLCACHE entries as number of threads for the port. See the Janus TCP/IP Base Reference Manual for more information about the JANUS DEFINE command.
