MSIR.0383 SSL client does not support any of the same ciphers as Janus Web

The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.

This message indicates that a client (probably a web browser) attempted to connect to a Janus SSL port and that client did not indicate support for any of the encryption algorithms supported by Janus. Currently, Janus Network Security only supports the RC4 bulk cipher with MD5 MAC's and RSA public-key/private-key encryption.

This problem is most likely caused by an end-user turning off support for the RC4 cipher in his or her browser. Have the end-user restore support for RC4 cipher in the browser.
