This is an informational message that is issued whenever a command specified on a port definition or JANUS WEB ON rule (in the CMD clause) is issued for a request running JANUSDEBUG. 'type' will be either "PORT", for commands on a port definition, or "WEB ON rule" for those on JANUS WEB ON commands.
