A Class or Structure statement was followed by a name that was already in use for another Structure or Class. Since classes can be continued this message will not be issued if a Class statement specifies a name on a previous Class statement — the new Class statement is assumed to start a continuation of the previous Class block. In all other cases, two different structures, or a structure and a class cannot have the same name.
