A method definition appeared for a method that had not been declared in a Public, Private, Public Shared, or Private Shared block. All methods must be declared in one of the indicated blocks. It is usually easiest to copy the method definition to a declaration, or to use a tool (such as Xtend — http://yoda-software.com.au) that does this automatically. Copy the method definition to the appropriate class declaration block.
