<var>$Web_Cookie_Len</var> and <var>$Web_Cookie_Parm_Len</var> retrieve the length of a cookie.
<var>$Web_Cookie__Parm_Len</var> is an alias for <var>$Web_Cookie_Len</var>; they each take two arguments and return a number, or zero if the cookie does not exist.

<td>The name of the cookie, returned by $Web_Cookie_Name. Required argument if occurrence not specified, otherwise optional.</td></tr>

<td>The occurrence number of a cookie, or the occurrence number of the cookie matching 'name', if name is specified. Optional argument if name is specified, otherwise it is required.
