View source for MSIR.0867 Class (classname) (maybe) not constructed

A Return statement for a constructor or the End statement ending a constructor was encountered, but no Construct statement was found for one of the base classes. Or, the Construct statements for the base class are in some but not all clauses of an If statement. Or, Construct statements for the base class were in some clauses of an If statement, but that If statement did not have an Else clause. 

 All these conditions indicate that it would be theoretically possible to run the constructor and not Construct all base classes. For more information, see the section discussing inheritance and constructors in the ''Janus SOAP Reference Manual''.
