This message issued as a response to a SIRAPSY DISPLAY command for procedure '''''proc''''' in subsystem '''''subsys''''' indicates that the procedure has not had a valid SIRAPSY RES or SIRAPSY NORES command issued against it and is so under the control of standard RESTHRSH and RESLTHR processing. 

The SIRAPSY command is documented in the <var class="book">[http://m204wiki.rocketsoftware.com/images/c/c9/SiriNew.pdf Sirius Mods Installation Guide]</var> and is only available to <var class="product">Performance Enhancements V2</var> customers.
