View source for MSIR.0461 (Subsys) procedure (proc) not eligible for pre-compilation

The SIRAPSY command was issued for procedure '''''proc''''' in subsystem '''''Subsys''''' but that procedure is not pre-compilable, that is, does not have the subsystem's pre-compile prefix. Since only pre-compiled procedures can use resident (shared) QTBL and NTBL, the SIRAPSY command is only valid for pre-compiled procedures. 

The SIRAPSY command is documented in the <var class="book">[[Media:SiriNew.pdf|Sirius Mods Installation Guide]]</var> and is only available to <var class="product">Performance Enhancements V2</var> customers.
