M204.1128  Can't get file exclusive lock - FRCVOPT was not reset

You have attempted to reset FRCVOPT for a file while another user is using it.

File manager response: In order to change the setting of FRCVOPT, the file must not be in use by any other user or Model 204 job.

Message attributes:

RETCODEO=0	Sets online return code
RETCODEB=4	Sets batch (single user) return code
CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
