M204.1695  ORDERED fields are not allowed in files created before Release 9.0

An attempt was made to create a field with the ORDERED attribute on a file created before Release 9.0 (circa 1990). The attempt is not allowed.

Response: Ask your file manager to recreate and reload the file under Release 9.0.
