M204.1884 token token2 is not operational
A MODIFY or START command was attempted for a processgroup that has not yet been used. A processgroup becomes operational and may be modified, stopped, and started only after a process that uses the processgroup has been opened.
System manager response: Wait until the processgroup is operational before issuing the command.
