M204.1901  Location name expected after AT​,​ not a comma

On The CREATE GROUP command, a comma was found after AT instead of a location name. This is only for PQO.

Response: Correct the CREATE GROUP command.

CLASS=E	Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter
AUDITER	Writes the message with line type ER to the audit trail
