M204.2375  System manager has stopped you; answering "yes" to the following message will have no effect until the system manager turns stop off

The system manager issued the STOPU command in order to put a user in a wait state temporarily. When the system manager resets the STOPU flag off, you can continue by responding "YES" to the following "Do You Really Want To Continue?"
