There are not enough pseudo subtasks defined in the run to allow asynchronous buffer flushing. This function requires two pseudo subtasks to run. The parameter NSUBTKS must be increased to allow the run to continue, or the parameter DKUPDTWT must be set to zero to prevent this function and allow the run to continue.
