Information about Record (Record class)
ToString returns information (file name, record number, lock strength) about the Record object to a longstring.
Syntax
%string = record:ToString
Syntax terms
| %string | A longstring variable to receive the contents of the Record. |

| record | A Record object variable. |
Usage notes
- ToString can be applied implicitly: simply Print (or Audit) an object variable, and the ToString method is automatically applied to the object. That is:
print %rec
is equivalent to:print %rec:ToString
