The JANUSDEBUG command "uses" an INCLUDE level, just as an INCLUDE of a procedure. This message indicates that the JANUSDEBUG command was issued in a procedure that was already at the maximum INCLUDE nesting level. Either change the way JANUSDEBUG is invoked or increase the MAXINCL system parameter for the Online.
