M204.0931  Unable to allocate subsystem control block

This message is issued when Model 204 attempts to initialize a subsystem and there is insufficient memory for the creation of in-core subsystem control blocks.

Response: Notify the system manager.

System manager response: Increase the value of the SPCORE parameter, or decrease MAXBUF in the Model 204 initialization parameters, to ensure that enough space is available to initialize a subsystem.
