M204.1330 PRT-PART -- NSUBTKS too small
The PRT-PART pseudo subtask, which reports "PARTIAL" statistics when ACCTIM > 0, could not be started because you have exceeded the number of pseudo subtasks specified by the NSUBTKS parameter.
Response: Notify your system manager.
System manager response: Reset NSUBTKS, and rerun Model 204.
