A *TRACE command failed because there was not enough storage to allocate a message buffer control block. token is the return code Model 204 received from CMS when trying to allocate the storage. System manager response: Increase the value of the SPCORE parameter or decrease MAXBUF in the CCAIN stream to ensure enough space is available to run the tracing facility.
