Description
The type of display attributes used for full-screen terminal output
Setting FSOUTPUT to 1 means that Model 204 uses extended terminal display attributes like colors or REVERSE. Setting FSOUTPUT to 0 means that the extended display attributes are not used.
Unless the FSTRMOPT parameter 4 bit is set, FSOUTPUT is set automatically for terminals connected to Model 204 for the following devices:
IODEV | Access method/device type |
---|---|
7 | SNA Communications Server (formerly VTAM) 3270 |
11 | Remote User Language thread (full-screen). (Applicable only if the CICS or TSO full-screen interfaces are used) |
41 | IUCV User Language thread |
