M204.0275 Duplicate Tag specification
A Screen Input item definition contains two Tag clauses.
Response: Eliminate one of the Tag clauses, and retry.
Message attributes:

| CLASS=E | Error class; the message can be suppressed with the X'04' bit setting of the MSGCTL parameter |
