$Web_Cookie_Len and $Web_Cookie_Parm_Len retrieve the length of a cookie. $Web_Cookie__Parm_Len is an alias for $Web_Cookie_Len; they each take two arguments and return a number, or zero if the cookie does not exist.
Syntax

name | The name of the cookie, returned by $Web_Cookie_Name. Required argument if occurrence not specified, otherwise optional. |

occurrence | The occurrence number of a cookie, or the occurrence number of the cookie matching 'name', if name is specified. Optional argument if name is specified, otherwise it is required. |
