$Web_Secure indicates if the thread is running on a secure (SSL) port.
Syntax

$Web_Secure takes no arguments and returns a status code.
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 0 | Not on a secure port, or not a Web Server thread. |
| 1 | Web Server thread running on a secure (SSL) port. |
