Delete a subsystem object (Subsystem class)

DeleteObject is a shared method that deletes a specified "subsystem-wide object".

Syntax

%(Subsystem):DeleteObject( string)

Syntax terms

%(Subsystem) The class name in parentheses denotes a shared method. DeleteObject can also be invoked via a SubSystem object variable, which may be null.
string The string ID of the system-wide object to be deleted.

Usage notes

  • All errors result in request cancellation.
  • The Subsystem class DeleteObject deletes the global referenced by name for the current subsystem context. You can identify the current context by calling the Context property.
