This indicates that an invalid range was specified on an INCLUDE or EXCLUDE statement in SIRTUNEI. The line with the invalid statement is echoed before this message, and SirTune will not come up. SIRTUNEI must be corrected before the ONLINE or BATCH204 job will come up.
