Target web server (HttpRequest class)
This property identifies the Internet site name or IP address of the target
web server for the HTTP request.
You set the target host by assigning a value to Host,
and you fetch its value by referencing it without any parameters.
Syntax
%currentString = httpRequest:Host httpRequest:Host = newString
Syntax terms
%httpreq | An instantiated HTTPRequest object. |
---|---|
hostname | A string expression identifying the host by either full domain name or IP number. If left unset, it defaults to “127.0.0.1” (the Internet loopback address, which points to the host on which you are running). |
%curr | The string or longstring variable for the assignment of the current value of Host. |
